An IBVC delegation led by President Yang Jang Kon visited Pyongyang in early September 2019. KEF reviewed a number of projects completed in cooperation with IBVC and agreed with the delegation on cooperation in the construction of Kumsong Senior Middle School in Onchon County, Nampho City.
