One day in July, 2013, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave field guidance at construction site of the Okryu Children’s Hospital.

Kim Jong Un took measures to install the latest equipment in the hospital and he kindly asked an official in the design field if the heliport was to be built.

The official and other men were surprised.

Kim Jong Un said that the heliport should be planned for emergency cases in major hospitals like children's hospital, and gave detailed instructions on it.

In the past, in an emergency case in a regional hospital, a helicopter carrying a competent medical team flew.  Meanwhile, an ambulance was at the airport in readiness and carried them to hospital.

But he took such benevolent measure that a helicopter fly straight to the children's hospital to save the lives of children.
