It was one day in September 2022, a few months before the 9th Congress of the Korean Children's Union.

That day, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un called the officials close to him and told them that they should provide the delegates with duck-feather padded clothes and winter shoes as the KCU Congress was held in winter.

He already saw to it that new uniforms for the delegates to the KCU Congress were given and said they would look more beautiful if they were dressed in new winter outfit.

The duck-feather padded clothes are considered to be high-quality ones as they are good for preventing cold in winter.

The officials warmed their hearts with the warm love of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who wanted to give them to all the delegates to the Children's Union Congress.

Looking around the excited officials, he earnestly said that there was nothing to spare for our children.

As a result, the delegates to the KCU Congress came to Pyongyang dressed new uniforms and new padded clothes, and worn new school bags associated with the warm love of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
