After looking round different places of the school where the classrooms were multi-functional and IT-based in conformity with the characteristics of the primary education unit, he visited the language lesson and acquainted himself in detail with the teaching method, teaching materials and students' cognitive abilities.
Adding that in order to improve the quality of higher education and other overall education, the quality of primary and secondary education must be improved as well, he stressed that students will be well-grounded enough for university education at the time of primary and secondary education, and tha's why he urged an importance of it.
He visited the newly-built Pyongyang Middle School for Orphans a year ago and highly appreciated the fact that all educational conditions and environment were provided on a high level.
And today, looking round the Pyongyang Primary School for Orphans, which is modern and clean, he indicated the most important link in improving the quality of education as a whole.
