One day in April 2021, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un had a talk with senior officials of the Party Central Committee.

Underscoring the need to feed cow milk or goat milk to nursery and kindergarten children and pupils to the third grade of primary school in the future, he gave an important instruction on establishing it as a policy to supply them with dairy products and fully ensuring the supply.

The officials faced a difficult problem in the course of calculating the needed amount of dairy products.

It would be possible to ensure the supply of milk from June to September when it would be produced in large quantities.

But how can they supply milk from October to May next year when its production decreases?

To this end, it needed a huge amount of money.

However, Kim Jong Un remained unchanged in his determination to feed children with nutritious dairy products, even if it required huge funds.

At a consultative meeting held in relation to the people’s living in June that year, he stressed that supplying nursery and kindergarten children with dairy products is an issue more important than any other affairs.

Thanks to his ennobling loving care for children, the historic Third Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the WPK discussed as an important agenda item the issue of improving its childcare policy and established it as its policy to supply all children across the country with dairy products and other nutritious foods.
