Wallcharts Added

(2024.7.20.)

On December 6, Juche 105 (2016) the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited a children’s camp in Kangwon Province.

An official told him that a general knowledge learning hall was newly set up in the camp, adding that it was divided into four sections–marine life, fine arts, computer and mountain-climbing.

Kim Jong Un asked to be shown around all the four sections.

Being guided to the hall, he studied the interior of the section for marine life. Observing the paintings of marine creatures hanging on the walls, he pointed out that such visual aids displayed the creatures’ names, appearances and nothing more. He said that this was not the way to give students a profound knowledge of marine life.

The officials looked embarrassed, regretting that they had not paid due attention to decorating the section in ways that would help students gain ample knowledge of marine life.

Kim Jong Un told the officials that the visual aids showing the names and appearances were not enough, stressing that they should instead set up wallcharts showing the biological features of marine creatures.

The officials could now understand that he was directing meticulous attention to such details to bring up children into well-informed, talented personnel.

This was how the wallcharts were set up in the section for marine life, which highlighted the characteristics of the children’s camp and suited the preparedness of students.
