At the Third Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un stressed: Providing schoolchildren with uniforms is far from a task that might be left to the mercy of condition for the fulfilment.

It is a policy of our Party and an eternal policy of our Republic that has to be implemented unconditionally as top priority.

In retrospect, the history of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is the one whereby it put forward the work of raising the younger generations as an important state policy and has put everything in its implementation.

President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, calling children king of the country from the beginning of their revolutionary careers, made sure that all the efforts of the government of the Republic were directed to the care of the rising generation.

Firmly determined to continue to write the history of love for the rising generation without interruption, Kim Jong Un proposed at the plenary meeting of the Party Central Committee to set the work for the good of children as an eternal policy of the Republic.

The laudable reality at the moment is inconceivable apart from the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un who regards it as the eternal policy of the Republic to unconditionally implement whatever is for the good of children as the first and foremost priority.
