Ponbu Primary School in Sinuiju is making a big step ahead in the effort to improve the teachers' qualifications by encouraging departments to conduct the experience-swapping movement briskly by means of teaching competitions, inspection of classes at work, demonstration of model lessons and assessment of practical computer skills.
