In December last year, the Ninth Congress of the Korean Children's Union, a great meeting of dependable successors of socialist Korea, was successfully held in Pyongyang, the capital city of revolution, amid the great concern and blessings of the people all over the country.
Among the little delegates were students from solitary islets, children of model farmers who reaped a high yield, sons of ordinary workers and a daughter of a timber jack from a remote mountain village.
Though a lot of conferences have been held in the world, it is only in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea that such dream-like realities are seen as sons and daughters of ordinary working people are selected as delegates to grand meetings to enjoy special favour and benefit.
