A convoy is running along streets of the capital city of Pyongyang, carrying dairy products associated with the warm care of the motherly Workers’ Party of Korea for children.

Wherever these vehicles go and convey the motherly care which gets more intense when there is a greater economic difficulty, the laughter of children rings out loudly.
