Active measures are being taken in North Hwanghae Province to reduce the disparity of education between urban and rural areas and increase the quality of education in general.

Competent teachers of the provincial teachers’ training school went to Poman-ri, Sohung County several times to help local teachers with their preparation of lessons and improvement of their qualities. And technical guidance and assistance is given to generalize new methods created in this process.

A strong campaign is also being conducted at all educational institutions in the province, including those in rural areas, to create advanced teaching methods in conformity with local situations.

Success is being made in introducing these methods as well as in encouraging refresher course units to actively give guidance and assistance for creating new teaching methods in reality.
