In late May 2018 Mr. Park Gyong Chol looked round the sewing room of Phyongsong Orphans’ Middle School and the brass band of Hwangju Orphans’ Middle School to which he had made donations.

Prior to this NCTC provided 34 articles of 17 kinds of wind instruments and 130 articles of 14 kinds of sewing facilities.
